OK - will start today

Today has already started (of not great) but I will blog about it anyway.

Breakfast: (went out) 2 slices ww toast with one rasher bacon and scrambled eggs. Glass of water, 1/2 cup rooibos tea.

Lunch: 1 1/2 slices bread - one with cheese and little bit of "lite" salad dressing (mayo stuff) and other w same mayo stuff and marmite. Need to get rid of the cheese before hard-core dieting starts!!

Bought a water purifying jog thing so that will be more inspired to drink my 8 glasses. Have a tap purifier but it irritates me. Lets doooo this!! (and wait for tomorrow's comments. Hehe)

Havent been blogging. My oh my. Yes, I did not think I would be good at this. Have decided I need to get back on the Weighloss Wagon. Think that weight has been about the same - have still been eating healthily and watching my portions.. so seems like longterm changes were done. But now need to see weight go down again.

Will start tomorrow ;) Today no good. But tomorrow fine.

Gave up on weighing myself because scales all seem to fluctuate and people tell me I am looking like I lost weight, but scale says not. So from now shall just do measurements :)

Food, exercise & more 15 July 2010

I have missed a few days now. Had a horrible personal experience and did not care to communicate with the outside world. Still managed to be vigilant with my eating.. well more so than before, had I been an emotional wreck!

Breakfast: BAD! Husband cooked delious pasta with beef and a few vegies in it late last night which I awoke to find staring me down this morning on the stove top. I stole about... 9 bites and instructed him NOT TO LEAVE pasta, with my FAVOURITE SAUCE on the stove!! He can cook as much as he needs to eat and not leave the rest there for me. My willpower is not that strontg :(

Food, exercise & more 9 July 2010

Breakfast: Today I was craving cheese.. so had myslef a lovely toasted cheese snackwich on white bread!! Thought its not good depriving myself! Was delicious but also slightly sickening.. The body is changing!!!
Lunch: I shared a wrap with falafels and salad w my mother-in-law. Ie. I had 2 falafel balls with the salad and skipped the wrap part.
Snack: Piece of droe wors.
Dinner: Beef and veg stirfry (cooked with weighless cook 'n spray) and the yummy Royco packet tai curry sauce again. Added about half a cup of 2% milk.

Lunch: 1/2 grilled chicken breast with lettuce, fig balsamic vinegar reduction, mustard and some beetroot.
Dinner: some beef strips with vegetables and mild tai curry sauce.

Breakfast: Slice Ryvita w fat free cottage cheese
Snack: 1 piece melba toast w Humus
Lunch: 5 prawns with leftover pre-cut stirfry vegies and 2 spoons rice. Served with Tai Green Curry sauce:
Dinner: Pean and ham soup

Let me begin by saying that I went through to Somerset Mall today and splurged on Macdonalds Junior Cheeseburgers. You dont get these in Hermanus.

Breafast: Junior Cheeseburger
Lunch: Junior Cheeseburger
Snack on way home: Junior Cheeseburger
Dinner: Little bit of steak and steamed veg.

Other:
Piece of choc after dinner and one "light" flavoured mineral water.
