Breakfast:
Slice Ryvita w fat free cottage cheese
Snack:
1 piece melba toast w Humus
Lunch:
5 prawns with leftover pre-cut stirfry vegies and 2 spoons rice. Served with Tai Green Curry sauce:
Dinner:
Pean and ham soup
