Lunch: 1 slice bread w little mayo and chick breast
Dinner: 1/s chick breast w vegie stirfry (cooked w Weighless Non-Stick Spray)
Other: calamari starter / 2 Spin / 1 Vawter / 3 Coffee Tequila
