Food, exercise & more 3 July 2010

Breakfast: Glass of Fruit Juice
Lunch: Spinach w f/free cottage cheese (smooth this time so much better!), beetroot, butternut and 2 lamb chops (fat removed)
Dinner: half chicken breast w lettuce, beetroot & little bit Hot English Mustard.
Middle of the night: husband came back from work and gave me some cheesy pasta :( NOT ON!!!
