Breakfast:
1 egg white/ 1 egg omlette w cheese & pepperdews
Lunch:
steak w a little bit of potato salad and salad
Dinner:
some chickpeas with balsamic vinegar and fig reduction
Extras:
2 glasses low fat ice tea
