Food, exercise & more 25 June 2010

Breakfast: some fat free cottage cheese and later a rusk
Lunch: half a grilled chicken breast with lettuce and a few peppers
Dinner: Roasted pork with lentils, beans & chickpeas (ate too much, though!) and a few bites of cake for puds!
Extra: 3 glasses of red wine
