Food, exercise & more 27 June 2010

Breakfast: 1 egg + 1 egg white with marmite and a little bit of Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Lunch: 1/2 steak
Later: Other half with spinach and butternut (thanks to my husband)
Later: Few peri peri cashew nuts and (just caught) calamari rings *yes, fried :( * and a glass of red wine
